Arundel

This garden in the centre of Arundel was a challenge - not only because of the limited access but the varied levels within the garden itself

We worked with a specialist metal work company to produce the containers for the stairs and along the wall, and worked with the client to choose tiles and a paint colour that would not only  compliment each other for the key features but would allow the planting to stand out and pop.

The planting  provides a seasonal display throughout the year - actually as a fluffy screen to the seating area below but does not block the views beyond. The pallet was kept in blue, green and purple with pops of bolder red and orange coming through

The clients wanted something contemporary with character and we really feel like that was achieved in this case. Through a combination of bespoke corten steel containers and detailing, use of colour and considered planting choices the space has a unique quality to it and the sense of cohesion that was lacking before.
